Materials & Cultural Meaning

Labradorite naturelle — La labradorite est connue pour sa base gris fumé et ses reflets changeants de bleu, de vert et d’or chaud. Comme cet effet dépend de la structure interne de chaque pierre et de l’angle de vue, aucun bracelet ne présente exactement les mêmes reflets.

Obsidienne noire — De petits espaces-entre-perles en forme de roue de 2 × 3 mm créent une séparation et un rythme visuel sans alourdir l’ensemble, afin que la labradorite reste au centre de l’attention.

Argent sterling S925 — L’élément central en forme de poisson mesure environ 6,6 mm de diamètre et 10 mm de longueur. Le fermoir compact en forme d’infini mesure environ 13 × 6,2 mm. Le motif du poisson est présenté comme une référence culturelle souvent associée à l’abondance et à la continuité dans les traditions décoratives chinoises, et non comme une promesse d’effets spirituels ou matériels.

Where are L&X bracelets made?

L&X bracelets are assembled and hand-finished by our workshop team in Yangshuo, China. Designers develop each piece, while trained makers handle assembly, finishing and individual inspection before dispatch.
Will natural stones look exactly like the photos?

Natural stones can vary slightly in color, pattern and texture, so every bracelet has its own character. The materials, bead size and overall design will remain consistent with the product description.
How do I choose the right bracelet size?

Measure your wrist snugly where you normally wear your bracelet. Our size options refer to your wrist measurement, not the bracelet’s finished length. Choose your measured size for a closer fit or 1–2cm larger for a looser fit.
What if my bracelet does not fit?


Complimentary size adjustment is available for eligible bracelets. The adjustment itself is free, while the customer covers the shipping costs to and from L&X. Please contact us before sending your bracelet back.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Each bracelet requires 1–3 business days for preparation and is normally dispatched within 3–5 business days of the order date, including preparation time. Delivery after dispatch usually takes an estimated 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance.
How much does shipping cost?

We provide complimentary tracked shipping to the destinations we serve, with no minimum purchase required. Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees that may apply are the recipient’s responsibility.
How is my payment protected?

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout using the payment methods displayed at checkout. L&X does not directly collect or store your complete payment-card details.
What is your return and exchange policy?

You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, including if you change your mind or select the wrong size. Items must meet our return conditions, and customers cover return and replacement shipping for change-of-mind or sizing requests. Please contact us before returning anything to China.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Email support@lxchinesejewelrys.com with your order number and photographs of the issue where possible. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate resolution, covering the necessary return and replacement shipping when the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
