Tigerauge und Edelstahl stammen aus unterschiedlichen Epochen der Materialkultur. Tigerauge ist ein auf Quarz basierender Zierstein, der wegen seines Chatoyance-Effekts geschätzt wird – jenes sich bewegenden optischen Bandes, das sichtbar wird, wenn er sich im Licht dreht. Edelstahl ist eine moderne, korrosionsbeständige Legierung, die Anfang des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts entwickelt wurde und eng mit Industriedesign und Produktdesign verbunden ist.

Ihre Kombination erzeugt eine bewusste Spannung: geologisches Muster neben konstruierter Gleichmäßigkeit, warme Fasern neben kühlem Metall, natürliche Variation neben industrieller Präzision.

Die Idee für dieses Armband entstand aus dem Kontrast zwischen zwei sehr unterschiedlichen Materialsprachen.

Tigerauge mit 5 mm bringt Wärme und wechselnde Lichtstreifen ein. Edelstahl mit 6 mm ist kühler, gleichmäßiger und sichtbar konstruiert. Indem das Metall geringfügig größer dimensioniert ist, erhält es genug Struktur, um den Naturstein einzurahmen, anstatt daneben zu verschwinden.

Die verstellbare Kette unterstreicht diesen eher mechanischen Charakter und sorgt zugleich für die praktische Handhabung des Armbands.

L&X bracelets are assembled and hand-finished by our workshop team in Yangshuo, China. Designers develop each piece, while trained makers handle assembly, finishing and individual inspection before dispatch.

Natural stones can vary slightly in color, pattern and texture, so every bracelet has its own character. The materials, bead size and overall design will remain consistent with the product description.

Measure your wrist snugly where you normally wear your bracelet. Our size options refer to your wrist measurement, not the bracelet’s finished length. Choose your measured size for a closer fit or 1–2cm larger for a looser fit.

Complimentary size adjustment is available for eligible bracelets. The adjustment itself is free, while the customer covers the shipping costs to and from L&X. Please contact us before sending your bracelet back.

Each bracelet requires 1–3 business days for preparation and is normally dispatched within 3–5 business days of the order date, including preparation time. Delivery after dispatch usually takes an estimated 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance.

We provide complimentary tracked shipping to the destinations we serve, with no minimum purchase required. Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees that may apply are the recipient’s responsibility.

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout using the payment methods displayed at checkout. L&X does not directly collect or store your complete payment-card details.

You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, including if you change your mind or select the wrong size. Items must meet our return conditions, and customers cover return and replacement shipping for change-of-mind or sizing requests. Please contact us before returning anything to China.
