How will my order be shipped?
Items purchased from L&X will be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) via dedicated courier services such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Postal Parcel, free of charge.
If you are unable to sign for your package, it will be delivered to the nearest pickup point.
Once the item has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

We use the official and secure PayPal payment method.
When will I get my order?
Because our products are all handmade, we will ship your order within 3-5 days after receiving it. We will also provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package's progress. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
